How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Nationaltreeco Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Report

You can contact us about:

  • How Nationaltreeco Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or inaccurate
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Nationaltreeco Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@nationaltreeco.bond and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and the outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to assist.
